Fair prices. Local owned business employed by people who remember your name and order. And depending on the time and day, decent parking. What more can you ask for, my go to spot on days I don't feel like cooking myself. I'd take a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo here over California Pizza Kitchen's one - it's just down the road at Pearlridge. That's how much I like coming here.

Many customers are casually dressed couples...returnees enjoying a nice dinner with a glass of wine in quiet surroundings. Service very attentive.

I absolutely love this place. The food from the bread to the selection of wine and of course their delicious menu. The servers are friendly, amazing and even when they are busy they make sure to ask if we need anything else. We love the bruschetta for appetizer. Everything on this menu is delicious. The potatoes cooked perfect! With a bottle of wine to just make it a great evening. Yes they do have their cooking supplies in the dinning area but it actually cracks us up and gives it character of the place. When we tell everyone we found the best Italian restaurant on the island. We always mention the supplies, but say it's like eating in the kitchen at another Italian restaurant. Overall we love this place and made it our monthly (2-3 times a month) go to! We Always leave satisfied!

The restaurant feels fairly small when you walk in because there are just boxes, bags, and cans of ingredients in every walk way of the place. When you're sitting at the table, you kinda forget you passed 20 cans of tomato sauce and flour bags to get there cause you're at a nice white table cloth table with candles and a fresh rose. The service is always so great here, and they remember you if you frequent the establishment, and we appreciate that so much. You always have the complimentary fresh hot bread on the table, water, and drinks are always full, and they constantly check to see if everything is okay. They take your order as soon as they see cues that everyone's ready and food doesn't take long to get to you....soooo if you're hungry it's a relief watching them come out from the back with hot plates of food after a short wait. The food is pretty good here, and pretty similar to Assagios if you've been there before. They have some variations of certain dishes, but for the most part their variations make the dish their own for Palazzo and tastes great. The portions are so large for the regular plate, that you can guarantee bringing home leftovers. My daughter and grandma always order small plates here, and it's perfect for them and they STILL have half of their plate left. We started with a couple orders of calamari fritti for $15.90 a plate and it comes perfectly breaded and fried to perfection with marinara sauce. This and the bread is all my five-year-old will eat here. My daughter loves the Alfredo and it's a big plate for small and tastes so rich and creamy. My grandma enjoyed her linguini and meatballs and said they were nice and tender which works out for her since she has a hard time chewing. My MIL tried the stuffed eggplant parmigiana for the first time for $20.90 for the regular and said she loved the ricotta filling. My uncle and me had the chicken saltimbocca which is a lot going on for one plate. It's (1) lightly breaded pan fried chicken (2) eggplant (3) prosciutto (4) mozzarella (5) mushrooms on a bed of linguini in a white wine butter sauce. ALL great elements and together just fantastic as a composed dish. If you have not tried this place yet and like Italian food, this place is a nice option if you're in Aiea. #2 favorite dish is chicken puttanesca #3 favorite dish steak with 1/2 pasta 1/2 veggies

This place was packed. A quaint, family style restaurant tucked in a rustic strip mall. The hot bread they served was very inviting, and it went well with a glass of wine, and I enjoyed their house Chianti very much. Their food was good and it took quite some time for the kitchen to have them prepared and ready for our table since the place was very busy with tables of families and parties. The ladies ordered Eggplant Parmasen and Scallop with mushroom and garlic butter accordingly. And I selected the daily special of scallop and shrimp with spinach, all the dish portions were big, all nicely prepared and served with pasta. Food was delicious and full of unique flavors of Italia. A very relaxing and enjoyable meal at this cozy homey place. But they should really clear up some space within this restaurant. Organize the goods in the passage ways and present a neat atmosphere.

Ono food from land or sea prepared as if in a New York Italian family restaurant tucked in a strip mall. Lunch for 7 each ordering a different dish Using an abbreviated menu for lunch (photos posted) yet probably honoring their extensive choices on their main one absolute silence prevailed once our orders delivered. If ever a server awarded 1st for excptional service Loc would be a perennial winner. The house was full and he managed it all. Ambience - Any successful corner or strip mall eatery May show signs of wear or earlier times but we still find a warm and inviting place replete with white tablecloths, linen napkins and quality tableware. A flower completes the setting I had the steak.

The food was delicious. I tried their crab corn chowder and it was onolicious. There was lots of shredded crab and the chowder was thick but not too much cornstarch. My chicken saltimbocca was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I would definitely come back. The service was also superb. Attentive, helpful and considerate.

Update on Palazzo Ristorante still good and consistent in their food taste . Had lunch with my Yelp buddy lol . I ordered their special of the day scallops, mushrooms, shrimp, asparagus over a bed of linguine pasta. It was very good no left overs for me . Service is always top notch very courteous and efficient always bringing bread and filling our water . I will be back in the future support local

It's been over 6 years since I dined here...forgot to write a review! Called to see if we needed reservations on a weekday at 5:15, but Manager Loc said to just come down, since it's slow. He is still very nice and working hard! We arrived at 5:30 and got nearby parking!! A handful of early birds were already seated inside. Loc greeted us, seated us, and gave us menus. We were served iced water from a nice, elderly gentlemen and later found out from our server, that it was Loc's father. Our server Iwalani, was very friendly and helped us with menu suggestions. She was the only other server we saw that night. Seemed short staffed, but this is a small restaurant so I guess they can manage. We decided to start with the escargot appetizer. It came with 6 pieces of escargot in a light garlic butter sauce. It was simple and went well with their French bread. People with phone orders were arriving and The main entrees did take a while to prepare, so that was one downfall about this place that I remembered from before. Don't come hungry! lol expect to wait 20-30 mins. I was debating between Chicken Marsala or Chicken Saltimbocca... or Veal Saltimbocca ... but ended up choosing Chicken Saltimbocca. Love the eggplant and prosciutto! Mushrooms were good too. I opted for Angel hair pasta and it was divine! Their pasta has lots of butter flavor. This is a treat once in a while! We had fun talking story and showing Magic to the lady across our table. She told us she was our server Iwalani's mom. She was having the steak dinner. We never tried steak here so next time will make a note of it. It was a lovely evening and I boxed up half of my leftovers for later. Mahalo!
